ParentMail and School Lunches
At Chestnuts we use ParentMail to keep in touch with our families. This is also how you can book lunches, breakfast clubs and after school activity clubs for your child. When your child joins our school, a registration link is sent to your email address so you can activate your account; guides on how to do this are below.
If you wish to order School Meals for your child or if your child is entitled to Universal Infant Free School Meals (all KS1 children) or Free School Meals (FSM), please use our online payment system ParentMail to pay for and/or pre-book their dinner orders.
All meals need to be pre-ordered and paid for, if applicable, by the Wednesday of the previous week you are ordering for. The system will not allow you to book outside of these parameters because we use an outsourced caterer and cannot accommodate late orders. If you have not had a chance to place an order in time, your child must bring a packed lunch into school with them. We work on a 3 week rotating menu which changes every term.
