Have you ever considered a career in teaching?

We are one of your local Trainee Teacher providers and work in partnership with the Two Mile Ash Initial Teacher Training Partnership, the oldest, most established Primary training provider in Milton Keynes and surrounding areas who strive for excellent outcomes for trainee teachers.

We believe that every child is entitled to a world class education. We aim to inspire our trainees with a varied and innovative training programme, access to excellent teaching and a wide variety of experiences in our partner schools across the area.

Together we provide you with a close-knit community and we are proud to work with some of the most committed, varied and innovative schools in the area.

We all share the desire to provide the very best for our children - and while every school in our partnership is unique, we are brought together through our sense of integrity and the drive to achieve this common aim.

We offer various routes into teaching, therefore if you have a proven commitment to teaching as a career; the passion, presence, energy and enthusiasm required to work with primary age children; the personal and intellectual qualities needed to be an excellent teacher and the confidence, determination and professionalism that's required to be part of an innovative and prestigious programme then we want to hear from you.

The routes into teaching we offer vary and we are committed to finding the right one for you, be it, if you are looking at making a career change, embark on a new career or want to develop your current career in education.

We are committed to finding the right route into teaching for you and offer open events throughout the year, to ensure you can find out more about our programmes in more detail via www.mkitt.co.uk/open-events or alternatively, please contact us on 01908 533284 we would love to hear from you.

All schools within our trust can host trainees and many of our IFtL schools choose to employ our newly qualified teachers from the Initial Teacher Training Partnership.
